About Hillside Puppies

At Hillside Puppies we are focused on breeding puppies that are healthy, loved, and well adapted to family life – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

All of our puppies are given the best care and fed a nutritious diet.  They have been given plenty of room to run and play but kept safe in our spacious fenced in back yard.  Puppies will have all current vaccinations, tails docked, and dew claws removed by our wonderful vet Dr. Natalie.

Why Old English Sheepdogs?

A very adaptable breed, this dog is friendly, intelligent, and gentle. Herding instincts are present in this breed, but is a regular couch potato. Making a great family companion, this breed is friendly and his endearing personality will be sure to steal your hearts. Can be protective of their territory and family, but is rarely used as a watchdog, or guard dog as the Old English Sheepdog is very affectionate.

Toby as a baby and a young adult

Toby is a big Teddy Bear.  He is the son of Addi an Ottis.   He would love to be a lap dog, but at 100 lbs it is an overload.  In the summer he loves to sit on the pool steps as we swim.  He loves chasing his ball and other toys.   His coat is thick and long .

Ella is a fun loving, smart and sassy girl.  She loves her veggies.  She does a great job camping with us.  Her coat is thick and soft.  I love her butt wiggling hellos.  She also loves to swim and wants to save people when I am giving swim lessons.

Addi is now retired but has giving us some wonderful pups that you will see in the pictures throughtout the website.  She is so smart and loving.  She is enjoying retirement playing with her son Toby that we kept from the last litter.

Ottis  is very lovable.  He is quick to make friends with you and loves a good belly rub.  He sires wonderful loving puppies.  When his coat is long it is full and wavy with just a touch of curl.  Ottis crossed the rainbow bridge in August of 2021.  We miss him
